Our grilled artichokes have just the right balance of acid and oil, which supports the fine taste that artichokes are born with. They have a nice bite without being chewy. Obvious as antipasti, but also fantastic, for example on pizza or in a risotto.
The artichokes are in a seasoning oil consisting of extra virgin olive oil, chilli, parsley, wine vinegar and salt.
