White truffle cream, or Tartufina Bianca is a delicate, creamy truffle tapenade with white truffle. We tasted countless truffle products while living in Italy. However, after tasting many, we realised that it was hard to find really good ones. Then we met we met Laura and Fillippo at truffle festival and tasted their amazing truffle products. They were unlike any others. Tartufina Bianca is an absolutely fantastic truffle tapenade that is suitable as a snack/starter on a good bread.
