We tasted countless truffle products while living in Italy. However, after tasting many, we realised that it was hard to find really good ones.Then we met we met Laura and Fillippo at truffle festival and tasted their amazing truffle products. They were unlike any others.
Tartufina Estivo is a lovely tapenade with black summer truffles, mushrooms and olives. It is a self-proclaimed antipasti but is also great in a good pasta.
